This involves a reseller login and replication of our admin area but is restricted to only the accounts that are linked to the reseller. In this way, we maintain one system in one place and there is no issue with maintaining systems that are separated.

The reseller login has all the same features as our admin login. The reseller can run their own reports and also customise each back office with their own logo. Therefore, the system is branded as if it is proprietary to the reseller.
The reseller owns the relationship with the client and should also deal with all account management issues. In practice, this depends on the ability of the reseller (and their staff). However, we shall always provide 24/7 "fallback" support. We would need to provide full training to at least one nominated member of reseller staff.
