About Restaurantdiary | Restaurant Booking System

restaurantdiary™

Restaurantdiary.com Limited is the leading UK based company providing web based restaurant table reservation systems, specialising in commission-free on line live bookings, real time table management, restaurant yield management, cover optimisation and guaranteed revenue improvement with integrated CRM and e-marketing capabilities.

We can automatically integrate reservations from restaurant portal sites such as Booktoeat, Going Out UK and Social Animal, sending reservation confirmations direct to the diner automatically by email and SMS (requires Clickatell account).

Restaurantdiary™ offers a feature rich application which also includes interfaces to third party EPOS (Maitre'd by posera.com) with links being written to Tevalis and Tissll.  We also have a reservation service API available for even depper integration with company websites.

Since launching in September 2006, over 3,000 restaurants around the world have experienced the benefits of the Restaurantdiary™ booking system. Every type of operator from small independent restaurants to large chains with individual offerings uses our system on a daily basis to improve their revenues through better cover utilisation, restaurant table management and customer communication.

A growing number of businesses are switching on to the freedoms afforded by web-based applications such as Restaurantdiary™. Coupled with our state-of-the-art CRM, Restaurantdiary™ is an offer that, for most businesses who try it, is too good to refuse.

The whole idea behind the system was to create an online tool that could radically alter the way restaurants manage covers, take bookings and communicate with their customers; to give restaurateurs a system that improved profits, was genuinely easy-to-use, flexible enough to manage a massive range of tasks and cost effective enough for even small operators to afford.
